VINE LINK
(Victim Information and Notification Everyday) is a service through which victims of crime can use the telephone or Internet to search for information regarding their offender's custody status and register to receive telephone and email notification when their offender's custody status changes.

For more information about VINE, please click on the link to the right. You may use the telephone to search for and register to receive notification about the custody status of an offender -- each state/county has their own toll-free VINE phone number. Or you can search for and register to receive notification about the custody status of an offender via VINELink at www.vinelink.com.

Policy effective June 15th, 2009 regarding all surety bonds:
ALL SURETY BONDS (BONDS MADE THROUGH A BONDING COMPANY)

On all surety bonds we will be collecting $5.00 cash fee per the Floyd County Clerk’s Office. This bond fee will be collected by the officer that does the inmate release. This fee will be in addition to the bond amount. Be sure to have the exact cash for the fee in addition to the bond amount.This must be paid in exact $5.00 cash only.

  • You must pay this to the officer releasing the inmate
  • No change will be available
  • No checks or credit, or debit cards
  • No coins will be accepted
  • You will be issued a receipt
